We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our business. Please read it carefully before booking.
Cancellation Refund Schedule
All cancellation requests must be made via call or WhatsApp to +91 7989157422. The time of cancellation is calculated from the confirmed pickup time.

✅ Note on advance payments: We currently operate on a cash/UPI at pickup basis. If you have paid an advance, the above schedule applies to that advance amount. Security deposits paid at pickup are governed by our Refund Policy.
How to Cancel

Message us with your name, booking date, and "I want to cancel"
You will receive a confirmation message once your cancellation has been processed. Please do not assume a cancellation is processed until you receive this confirmation.
Cancellation by Garuda
In rare circumstances, Garuda may need to cancel a confirmed booking due to:
- Unexpected mechanical failure or damage to the booked vehicle
- Safety concerns (severe weather, road closures, etc.)
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions)
In such cases, we will notify you as early as possible and offer:
- A 100% refund of any advance paid, processed within 24–48 hours
- Priority rebooking at the same rate for your next preferred date
- An alternative vehicle from our fleet if available and acceptable to you
Mid-Rental Cancellation
If you wish to end your rental before the agreed return date:
- Contact Garuda immediately to arrange early return
- Rental charges apply for the full days booked. No refund is provided for unused days in the booking period unless Garuda is at fault (e.g. bike breakdown that cannot be resolved within 4 hours)
- The security deposit will be refunded as normal following vehicle inspection
Extension of Rental
If you need to extend your rental beyond the agreed return date, contact us before your return time. Extensions are subject to availability and will be charged at the standard daily rate. Failure to return on time without notifying Garuda will be treated as a late return — see our Terms & Conditions for late return charges.
