Our Refund Promise
We will always be transparent about any deductions. No surprise charges — ever. If you feel a deduction is unfair, talk to us directly and we'll resolve it.
Security Deposit Refund
A refundable security deposit is collected at the time of bike pickup. The amount varies by vehicle category and will be communicated to you before you confirm your booking.
How the refund process works
Return the bike
Bring the vehicle back to the agreed location at or before your confirmed return time, with a full tank of fuel.
Inspection
Our team inspects the vehicle. This takes 5–10 minutes. You are welcome and encouraged to be present during the inspection.
Deductions communicated (if any)
If any deductions apply, we explain them to you on the spot with itemised costs before applying them. You may raise any objections at this stage.
Refund processed
Your deposit (minus deductions, if any) is returned within 24 hours of inspection via the same payment method used — cash or UPI.
What May Be Deducted

Pre-Existing Damage Documentation
At the time of pickup, any visible pre-existing damage to the vehicle will be noted. We strongly recommend that you inspect the vehicle yourself at pickup and immediately flag any damage you notice that has not been recorded. This protects both you and us.
Refund for Cancellations
Refunds for booking cancellations (before the rental period begins) are governed by our Cancellation Policy. In summary:
- Cancelled more than 24 hours in advance: 100% refund of any advance paid
- Cancelled 6–24 hours in advance: 50% refund
- Cancelled less than 6 hours in advance or no-show: no refund
- Garuda cancels: 100% refund
Refund Method & Timeline
- Cash payments: Cash refund on the spot or within 24 hours of return inspection
- UPI payments: UPI transfer to the same number within 24 hours of return inspection
- If there is any delay beyond 24 hours, contact us immediately at +91 7989157422 and we will resolve it the same day
Disputes
If you believe a deduction has been applied unfairly, please raise it with us directly within 48 hours of the refund being processed. Contact Sai or Aravind on +91 7989157422 or via WhatsApp. We will review the case, refer to inspection records, and respond within 24 hours with our finding.
We take disputes seriously. Our goal is always a fair outcome — not an argument. If an error was made on our side, we will correct it immediately.
